Fallout New Vegas se patche

Comme prévu, la version PC de de Fallout New Vegas a reçu un patch avec une petite liste de changements mais de grosses conséquences. On aime particulièrement le "Severe performance issues with DirectX". Comment on peut encore avoir des soucis de perf avec un moteur utilisé depuis plus de cinq ans ?
